What to expect during your session?
Check in at the front desk, pay the “day pass” of $20 if you plan on spending a day and get access to all the gym’s amenities.
Come in 10 minutes before your actual service at Overflow Skincare Spa
You will be directed to the treatment room by the Therapist, and get you situated in the treatment bed
Your session will start with a full body scrub exfoliation, followed with a body wrap using “ mud wrap or body mask”. This wrap will last for 25 minutes using a plastic wrap and thermal blanket. Warmness and sweating are normal during the duration of the body wrap.
While having the body wrap, the therapist will perform the “Head Scalp Massage”.
Then, after 25 minutes, you will be unwrapped and will be provided with a robe, and will be guided to proceed to the sauna and shower room. You can enjoy 30 minutes in the “hot sauna” and then shower.
While in the sauna and shower room, your therapist will refresh the room for your “coco butter Swedish massage” and will end your Overflow Spa Day with a “Hydrating Facials”.
After this 3 hour spa day experience, you will come out like a new person!
